Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Kevin is a graduate of the Oklahoma Economic Development Institute, the Georgia Tech Economic Development Institute, the Auburn University Economic Development Institute, and the TVA Rural Leadership Institute.

Adam holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship, both from Middle Tennessee State University. He is a graduate of TVA’s Rural Leadership Institute and Valley Workforce Institute.

Ryan graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of North Alabama in 2011 and graduated from the TVA Rural Leadership Institute in 2013. He is an active member of the Economic Developer’s Association of Alabama Research Council.

Susie holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and English, both from the University of North Alabama. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute, the Georgia Tech Economic Development Institute, the Auburn University Economic Development Institute, and is a Certified Economic Developer.

Christi graduated Summa Cum Laude from Faulkner University where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She has served various local organizations in administrative assistant and office administration positions. In Christi’s role with The Shoals EDA, she is responsible for the general administration of the office.

As project manager, Rob serves as the Existing Industry Coordinator, provides the administrative support to fulfill the duties of secretary / treasurer for the Shoals Manufacturers’ Association and assists with The Remote Shoals Program. Rob is a Tennessee native and graduate of The University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
